My name is Eveny Hastings. I was born in Phoenix, Arizona. I moved to Texas when I was in Middle School. I attended South oak Cliff High School and Texas A&M University- Commerce. In high school I played Basketball and was a member of the Spanish National Honor Society. Throughout my college years I served as the campus hair stylist. Right after college I began my career as a 3rd grade teacher in West Dallas. I'm starting my 13th year of teaching and 5th year in Desoto ISD. My husband and I have two handsome sons that keep us very busy. Our oldest son is twelve years old and has my same exact personality. We also have a four year old who is already full of his own unique personality.We love basketball, movies, exercising and eating so exercising is a must. I'm an awesome teacher who loves building relationships with students as if they were my own. I like to look at students with the mindset of "Each one, Teach one".
